The Crossista is our weapon dedicated to Cyclocross competitions. On this model the geometries have been optimized and the rear triangle is equipped with “flex stays” technology ensuring precise handling in the technical sections of the most difficult tracks. The shapes of the frame are designed for the ergonomics of carrying on the shoulder when overcoming obstacles and the profiles of the tubes have been designed to minimize accumulations of mud. Our policy lasts for 14 days after dispatch of the parcel and the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Sale items and nutrition are not accepted as returns.
You must also clearly state the reason for returning your item.
All return costs are at the customer's expense. Various restocking fees will also be charged.
